Our client is looking for a customer service advisor to take on in a temp-to-perm position starting in June. You will be dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, sorting out problems, processing orders and entering information on to the in-house system. You must be professional and able to make decisions, with a good telephone manner and previous customer service experience. You must also be conscientious, confident, bright, able to pick things up quickly and able to think on your feet. The salary will be between £14,000-£14,250 working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday as well as additional hours every fourth Saturday. You will be a temporary worker for ten weeks, with a view to the position becoming permanent after that qualifying period. You must be able to commute to Shrewsbury daily, and be available to start immediately.
