Job Summary
To identify, develop and deliver opportunities for the company to generate value added businesses within the European marketplace. To work with stakeholders, both within the Company Group and Third Party Organisations to develop and deploy strategies to successfully establish the company as the first choice provider of unique products and services to the European marketplace.
Brief Description
• Support the development of market opportunity for the company unique products & services within the European marketplace, by gathering market feedback, analysing potential and making recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare business benefit statements to support proposals for the introduction of new business opportunities to senior management. Prepare detailed business and budget plans once agreement has been reached to launch new recycled products or services.
• Internally, lead relevant new model introductions at the company in line with agreed targets and following established processes and procedures. Manage the activities of cross functional departments, such as marketing, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing to ensure timely launch of products and services to the European marketplace.
• Maintain and develop current and potential business relationships with customers by co-ordinating regular business review meetings
• Run monthly business review meetings and report key findings to relevant management.
• Manage all ad-hoc projects within the scope of the company ’s unique European business scope.
Requirements
• Must be a highly motivated self starter, capable of working on own initiative.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, dealing with multiple organisational functions and processes within a multi national corporate environment.
• High degree of business integrity as will be handling confidential / business sensitive information.
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a good understanding of business circumstances in order to negotiate effectively on behalf of the company.
• Should be qualified to degree level or similar in a relevant discipline.
• Will be required to travel regularly in the UK and Europe to fulfil business requirements.
